To maintain quality and ensure fairness across all projects:

• Project Duration is a dedicated time period provided to finalize all discussions and revisions. Requests made after this window will not be accommodated.
• Each service is allocated specific time slots and working hours.
• Delays caused by late feedback, paused decisions, or extended gaps may require rebooking a consultation, or initiating a new design phase at an additional cost.
• We do not offer open-ended or ongoing design timelines. This allows us to deliver focused attention to every client while keeping projects efficient and on schedule.
