- Customers are entitled to free touch-ups or replacements for any broken or damaged parts within 6 months of purchase, provided that such damage arises from a verified production fault.
(Any damage resulting from customer negligence, mishandling, exposure to rain, or natural disasters shall not be covered under this warranty, and the customer will bear the cost of repair or replacement.)
