Payment Method:
We accept payments through bank transfer only.
A 100% advance payment is required before we can process and schedule your delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations:
NOT RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE.
Transportation:
Transportation costs are calculated on the basis of weight, dimensions & destination of your product. These will be stated directly at the time of purchase.
Delayed Delivery:
Any additional costs incurred due to the client's unavailability will be responsibility of the client. Such as;
Re-delivery fees, Storage fees.
If delivery is delayed due to the client’s request or unavailability, the next delivery will be rescheduled based on our earliest available slot. This may fall anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks from the originally scheduled date.
Extra Labor Charges:
If installation requires carrying the play set upstairs or extra effort beyond standard setup, additional charges will apply. Customers must inform us in advance; failure to do so may result in extra fees or refusal of installation.
Team Arrival & Waiting Guidelines:
Our team will wait on-site for a maximum of 30 minutes upon arrival. If the client is unavailable or delays beyond this period, the team will leave, and the visit will be rescheduled to the next available slot (subject to availability)
Order Approval, Design Authority & On-Site Conduct:
The installation team is authorized to execute work strictly as per the approved order form and cannot approve any changes. All revisions must be communicated directly to Imagination Station’s official WhatsApp number, and respectful conduct toward on-site staff is required.
Installation & Final Fit:
We pre-build our play forts and active walls to make installations as smooth and quick as possible. Since every room is different, small adjustments may be needed— just bear with us and know that our team is committed to resolving everything till you are 100% satisfied
Safety, Use & Liability Disclaimer
Our play structures are designed to promote active play and physical development in children. All products are manufactured and installed following standard safety practices.
Active play involves natural movement and carries a minimal risk of accidental injury. Adult supervision is required at all times.
The recommended usage age is 2.5 to 12 years, with a maximum weight limit of 80 kg.
Imagination Station shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the equipment after installation. Responsibility for safe use, supervision, and maintenance rests with the client. Any misuse, modification, or use beyond the recommended limits releases Imagination Station from all liability.
