Step 2- got questions? call us in our helpline hours (10-11AM I 2-3PM)
Step 3: our team comes for a site visit and takes measurements
Step 4: our design team recommends a top elevation 2D layout of the set based on your space.

To maintain quality and ensure fairness across all projects:
- Project Duration is a dedicated time period provided to finalize all discussions and revisions. Requests made after this window will not be accommodated.
- Each service is allocated specific time slots and working hours.
- Delays caused by late feedback, paused decisions, or extended gaps may require rebooking a consultation, or initiating a new design phase at an additional cost.
- We do not offer open-ended or ongoing design timelines. This allows us to deliver focused attention to every client while keeping projects efficient and on schedule.
